FrankincenseCo began with a simple idea... to bring the purest form of Boswellia Sacra from Oman to people who truly appreciate where things come from.
Our journey started in Dhofar, a quiet region in southern Oman where frankincense trees have grown wild for thousands of years. The air there smells faintly of resin and sea salt, and harvesters still work the same way their grandparents did.
Cutting the bark by hand and waiting weeks for the sap to harden into pearls of incense.
We spent time with these families, learning what makes each harvest unique. The soil, the wind, the way the tree is tapped. It all changes the colour, aroma and texture of the resin.
What struck us most wasn’t the trade itself, but the patience. Nothing about frankincense can be rushed.
Every tear we sell comes from that same tradition. It’s hand-sorted, sun-dried and packed fresh, just as it’s been done for generations.
There are no blends, no shortcuts, no chemical treatments... only the natural resin that once travelled the ancient incense routes across Arabia.
We’re not a big company. We just believe that honest sourcing and respect for nature matters. When you open one of our pouches, you’re holding a small piece of that story.
